Mrs. Vadla called the meeting to order at 11:07 a.m.

The notes from the 7-21-2020 meeting were approved as printed

D. Superintendent Search Planning
The August 15th date in the first paragraph will be changed before it is sent out to agencies, allowing for a three week window. Mr. Crabtree has reached out to four search firms. The committee asked for clarification on the date in the first paragraph, does it mean firm or candidate? Mr. Crabtree said he had always taken it to mean the selection of the candidate.
Mr. Crabtree made note of the potential firms. McPherson and Jacobson has an Alaskan presence. Northwest Leadership Associates. Ray and Associates and BWP, which is three firms rolled into one.

The board discussed AR 2121, AR 2122 and BP 2122.
