A. Call To Order

Mrs. Vadla called the meeting to order at 8:59 a.m.

B. Roll Call

Board Members Present:Ms. Cary, Ms. Morgan,Mr. Kelly(Via Polycom), Mrs. Vadla
Mr. Crabtree and Ms. Burley

C. Approval of Notes from 8-3-2020

The notes were approved as presented.

D. Superintendent Search Planning

The Committee discussed and gathered information on each proposal.

E. Information Request

Mr. Crabtree asked the committee members to send him additional questions. He requested that they be sent by September 3rd.

F. Adjourn

Mrs. Vadla Recessed the meeting at 12:30 p.m. to reconvene at 9:00 a.m. September 10, 2020 for final selection of firm.

The meeting reconvened on September 10, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

The committee scored the additional questions sent to firms and chose a firm based upon the results of their answers. Based upon the scores, the Superintendent Search Oversight Committee recommends McPherson and Jacobson, LLC, the highest scoring proposer.

Mrs. Vadla adjourned the meeting at 10:27 a.m.
