A. Executive Session-Bargaining

Move the board go into executive session to discuss matters, the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the district. Specifically, the session is held to discuss preparing for employee contract bargaining.

Motion by Zen Kelly, second by Debbie Cary.
