Mr. Kelly called the meeting to order at 11:04 a.m.

2. Executive Session

A. Executive Session-Bargaining

Move the board go into executive session to discuss matters, the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the district. Specifically, the session is held to discuss employee contract bargaining.

Motion by Debbie Cary, second by Penny Vadla.
