Mr. Kelly called the meeting to order at 11:09 a.m.

E. Approval of Agenda

The agenda was approved as presented.

2. Executive Session

A. Executive Session-Negotiations

Move the board go into executive session to discuss matters, the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the district. Specifically, the session is held to discuss employee contract negotiations.

Motion by Debbie Cary, second by Penny Vadla.
