A. Call to Order

Mrs. Vadla called the meeting to order at 1:06 p.m.

B. Roll Call

Members Present: Penny Vadla, Zen Kelly (virtually attending, Patti Truesdell, Emma Knowles, Student Representative (virtually attending), Tim Daugharty (arrived at 1:10 p.m.)

C. Approval of Agenda

The agenda was approved as presented.

D. Approval of Notes 04-10-2023

The April 10, 2023 Information Committee meeting notes were approved as printed.

2. Student Representative Update

Miss Emma Knowles reported on the following:
She spoke of the spirit week events. She noted the Student Council Meeting on April 26, and gave some of the highlights. She noted several extra curricular events occurring in the district, as well as, the celebration of teacher appreciation week.
Mr. Daugharty arrived: 1:10 p.m.

3. Information New Business

A. Legislative Bills Update

The committee discussed significant bills moving through the state legislature at this time, and the impact that these could have on the district.
The committee also discussed starting a conversation early on in the year in regards to discussions with the state legislature and the budget.

4. Adjourn

Mrs. Vadla adjourned the meeting at 1:30 p.m.
