DSix Year Plan Update and Revision

Background Information:  Please find attached a revised draft of the FY2018 - 2023 Six Year Plan. As per discussions at the January work session, several revisions have been made to the list.

Since the primary reason for this list is to obtain money from the State for projects, and we have received all the State money that the Kachemak-Selo New School Construction project is eligible for, we have removed that project from the list. With that removal, the Homer High Re-roof project has been moved to the number one project due to concerns for building damage if it is not undertaken in a timely manner. With the asbestos removal at Kenai Middle School being done as part of the Kenai Middle School Re-Roof project, that leaves the Kenai Middle School Office Remodel at the same priority level as several other office remodel projects across the District. With that change in place, we have now created a Combined Office Remodel Safety Project for all the locations across the District that have similar safety concerns because their offices are not located by the entrance so they can see people entering their buildings. This project has been placed in the number two spot on the list. The cost estimate is listed with a question mark as we are trying to obtain a proper cost estimate for all the projects. The last adjustment to the list is the movement of the Ninilchik/Seward/Skyview Tracks project and the Seward High Field Turf project to the bottom of the list at priority 21 and 22.
