Background Information:

At the Dec. 9 meeting, the committee noted that user fee Category I refers to BP 1240 Organizations Supporting Student Activities, which does not include a list of the applicable organizations and groups.

For committee review, attached is the new E 1240 List of Groups and a revision to AR 1330 Use of School Facilities and Properties to reference the exhibit.
