      Attached is a letter from Commissioner Michael Johnson regarding the appointment of Kevin Lyon to serve on the Bond Reimbursement and Grant Review Committee as an individual with experience in rural/urban school facility management.
      The appointment is for a four-year term beginning March 1, 2021 through February 28, 2025.
