Background Information:

The Policy Review committee reviewed BP 5141.51 At-Risk Youth on April 5, 2021.  It was moved to the May 3, 2021 work session and returned to this committee for further discussion on June 7, 2021. Recommended changes from the committee were made and it is presented here today for review.
