National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Motor Vehicle Safety, Title 49, United States Code, Chapter 301 and Related Uncodified Provisions.

The BP and AR are presented again today for review by the committee with the recommended changes and will be moved to Board Policy Review this afternoon if those changes are approved.  Exhibits, E3541.1 (a) School Driver Registration Form and E3541.1 (b) Private Vehicle Transport Safety Check have also been edited to reflect the changes in BP 3541.1 and AR 6153.

To expedite the approval of the policies, AR 6153 School-Sponsored Trips is on tonight's agenda for a first reading and action and BP 3541.1 School-Related Trips is up for first reading on tonight's agenda.
