AR 1312.2 Challenges to Instructional Materials was reviewed and edited at the 4-11-2022 meeting. At the 5-9-2022 the Committee tabled it for discussion. At the 6-6-2022 Meeting it was moved back to Policy Committee with additional research from Administration into the average cost of an Instructional Challenge. It was reviewed and edited at the 6-27-2022 Committee Meeting and moved to this Work Session.

There is no recent history of a challenge being filed. If one was to be filed, we would charge the same as FOIA requests, the hourly rate for those employees involved if it is over 5 hours of time. The amount will vary depending on who/what employees need to work on the challenge.
