Governance Handbook Committee Meeting Notes Sept. 11, 2017

A. Call to Order 11:35 a.m.

B. Roll Call

Present: Penny Vadla, Lynn Hohl, Sean Dusek, Debbie Tressler
Absent: Dan Castimore

C. Review of Category Update from August 25, 2017

The handbook categories were slightly revised and made ready for presentation to the full board at the upcoming work session. The committee will ask for guidance and approval to move forward with the categories as presented.
Under the current timeline, the handbook will be presented for action at the Feb. 2018 board meeting.

Additional meetings will be Oct. 2 and Nov. 7, each from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in Soldotna.
