*Revised* This Board Policy Review work session was postponed until August due to ongoing Title IX updates and legal review.

BP 1312.3 Public Complaints Concerning Discrimination was presented in policy review committee 02-05-2024 with the suggested revisions. It was tabled in committee for further research into the recommendations from AASB and the legal references. At the 03-04-2024 policy review committee meeting the committee moved this policy to work session where the full Board can provide input on the suggested revisions. Mr. Tauriainen's suggested revisions were also attached for consideration at the 04-01-2024 work session.

At the 04-01-2024 board policy review work session BP 1312.3 Public Complaints Concerning Discrimination was remanded back to committee for further review and legal guidance. It was presented in committee on 05-06-2024 with the originally suggested draft, Mr. Tauriainen's recommended edits, and suggested edits from legal.

On 05-06-2024 Committee moved BP 1312.3 Public Complaints Concerning Discrimination to work session to receive further input from the full Board.

BP 1312.3 Public Complaints Concerning Discrimination is presented in work session today for input from the whole Board with the originally suggested draft, as well as, a draft with newly suggested revisions as a result of previous discussion in committee.
