Provided to the committee as an update on the current progress of Administration's review of the 5000 series to date.

Administration & and the Attendance Task Force have reviewed the following policies and administrative regulations and have no recommended changes at this time for:

BP 5111 Admission
BP 5112.1 Exemptions from Attendance
BP 5112.2 Exclusions from Attendance

AR 5112.2 Exclusions from Attendance
BP 5112.6 Education for Homeless Children and Children in Foster Care

BP 5116 School Attendance Boundaries- no recommended changes per legal consultation

Minor grammatical revisions were made to:

Currently under review by Administration & the Attendance Task Force: 
AR 5113 Absences and Excuses
BP 5121 Assessment (Evaluation of Student Achievement) was brought forward to the Policy Committee 03-03-2025 and is being reviewed by the full Board in work session today 04-07-2025.
