Exhibit 9322 Order of Business is presented in work session today with revisions to improve meeting efficiency by removing the approval of minutes from the opening activities and placing them under the consent agenda as routine items for Board approval.

With Board consensus Exhibit 9322 Order of Business would be on the consent agenda for action at the November 3, 2025 Board Meeting, with the intention to begin the revised Order of Business on December 1, 2025.
