Exhibit 9322 Order of Business was presented in policy committee on 12-01-2025 with recommendations from Administration. These recommendations are provided with the aim to improve meeting efficiency.

First readings, under this revision, would be included under the Consent Agenda rather than listed as a separate agenda item, and would be clearly labeled as a First Reading. First readings could also include items beyond policy revisions. First readings anticipated to be contentious may be placed under Action Items instead of the Consent Agenda.

The Board may, at any time, remove an item from the Consent Agenda and/or make a motion to refer a first reading back to committee or to a work session, as is currently the case. This adjustment ensures that first readings are acknowledged and formally recorded in the minutes with Board action, while reducing time spent on routine items.
