BB 9320 Meetings was presented with revisions at the request of the Board President to the policy committee on 03-02-2026. Recommended revisions align with AASB model policy and KPBSD Board standard practices. BB 9320 Meetings was moved by committee to this work session to be reviewed by the full Board.

After further review, revised language is proposed under “Regular Meetings” concerning the distribution of the annual meeting calendar. This update better aligns the policy with current practices and reflects today’s increasingly digital and evolving media landscape.
