Background Information:
The board and district have been working on the new strategic plan for 2017 through 2022 since August of 2016. The district has collected feedback from site councils, key communicators, staff and the public at large. The attached is a general draft of the new plan for the board to offer input for further development. After this discussion, administration will update the draft plan and provide the revision to the board and key communicators at our February 7 work session. After the February meeting, administration will have the nearly completed plan reviewed by all of the school site councils with public review at the May 2017 and June 2017 board meetings, prior to approval.
