        Background Information:

        The attached flow chart is a very high level view of the CIP funding process from identifying a need in a school to getting the work completed. This illustrates the relationships between the Borough and School District throughout the process.

        Sub-processes for each step shown in this flow chart are in the process and will provide further definition and clarification of limits, roles, and responsibilities.
