Revisions made:
- The Mission Statement has been updated.
- Page 10 Personnel: is revised to include a link to Board Policy Series 4000 Personnel.
- Page 17 Ballot is revised to link AS 44.62.310 Government Meetings.
- Page 20 Sunshine Fund: is revised to list $200 instead of $200 - 300.
