      Background Information:

      The committee began developing the attached art donation policy at the Dec. 3, 2018 meeting. The board reviewed BP 3290.1 Art Donation during their March 4 work session.  It is presented here for a first reading.  Administration recommends a second reading approval of BP 3290.1 Art Donation at the May board meeting.
