          Background Information:

          On June 3, 2019, the board postponed BP 3290.1 Art Donation until the August meeting.

          This item was postponed at the May 6, 2019, meeting.

          Motion to approve BP 3290.1 Art Donation by Dan Castimore

          Second by Zen Kelly

          The committee began developing the attached art donation policy at the Dec. 3, 2018 meeting. The board reviewed BP 3290.1 Art Donation during their March 4 work session.  It was presented for a first reading on April 1 and is presented here for action.

          Administration recommends approval of BP 3290.1 Art Donation.
