          Background Information:

          At the Dec. 9 meeting, the committee noted that user fee Category I refers to BP 1240 Organizations Supporting Student Activities, which did not include a list of the applicable organizations and groups.

          Jan. 13

          The committee reviewed the attached new E 1240 List of Groups and a revision to AR 1330 Use of School Facilities and Properties.  With the addition of some information on the bottom of E 1240 (see attached), the exhibit and AR are presented at this work session for discussion and for a first reading and action during the evening's business meeting.
