Background Information:

In an effort to address significant deferred maintenance and capital repair needs of KPBSD school facilities, District Administration has worked closely with Borough Administration on a draft School Facilities Bond project list. The draft list includes projects from across the district that would address “end of life” critical component replacement, safety, necessary repairs, and energy savings criteria. Administration will review: the revised draft project list, impact to the mill rate, and a draft process and timeline for inclusion of this bond proposal in the fall of 2020.
