      Background Information:

      Jan. 13, 2020

      AR 5121 Assessment (Evaluation of Student Achievement) was presented for committee review.  Recent questions from elementary school teachers brought to administration's attention the need to clarify whether this AR is intended for all grades or for secondary grades only.

      Feb. 3, 2020 Policy Review Committee

      The committee offered further revisions and forwarded the attached version to a work session.

      March 2, 2020 Work Session

      The Policy Review Committee recommends approval of the attached revised AR 5121 Assessment.

      April 6, 2020

      AR 5121 Assessment (Evaluation of Student Achievement) is presented for a first reading and action.  Administration recommends approval of the policy.
