      Background Information:

      Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, travel to Seward for the May board meeting is not in the best interest of the board, district staff and public.

      The Betty J. Glick Assembly Chambers are not available on Monday, May 4, 2020.  However, the Chambers are available on Wednesday, May 6, 2020.

      Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, state mandates, and CDC recommendations, administration recommends the board approve moving the May 2020, meeting date to Wednesday, May 6, 2020, in the Betty J. Glick Assembly Chambers, Soldotna, Alaska.
