    Background Information:

    Attached is proposed AR 4111.3 School Attendance-Staff Dependents. This policy is an effort to create consistent practices throughout the district.  In addition, this is an employee friendly policy that could support employee recruitment and retention efforts and increase school climate and employee morale.
