    Background Information:

    Attached are the models policies from the Association of Alaska School Boards (AASB), BP 5141.51 At-Risk Students and BP 5141.52 Suicide Prevention.  Also, attached is the Anchorage School Districts suicide prevention policy.

    The committee will review these examples and discuss developing similar policies for KPBSD.

    May 6, 2020, the committee discussed separating the two policies Alaska School Boards (AASB), BP 5141.51 At-Risk Students and BP 5141.52 Suicide Prevention.
