      Added the following action item:

      The Superintendent Search Oversight Committee and District administration engaged a public procurement process for an executive search firm. After issuing a public Request for Information, three (3) proposals were received and scored. During the RFI process, no protests or requests for clarification were received. The RFI was scored by the Committee.

      Based upon the scores, the Superintendent Search Oversight Committee recommends McPherson and Jacobson, LLC, the highest scoring proposer. The proposal is attached and it is recommended the board approve the award of a contract with this company.
