Background Information:

BP 5141.51 At-Risk Students was a model policy from the Association of Alaska School Boards (AASB).

The committee first reviewed the example and discussed developing a similar policy for KPBSD at it's February 3, 2020 meeting.  Review of the policy has been delayed due to lack of time in previous meetings.  It is presented here before the committee today for continued review.
