        Background Information:

        **REVISED**10-1-2021

Added Revised Resolution 21-22-1 Gaming Permits.

Several of our schools hold raffles to raise funds for their activities.  In order to be in compliance with state law, it is necessary for the school to have a gaming permit if they are to sell raffle tickets.

State law requires that a primary member and an alternate member be appointed to be responsible for the proper operation and reporting requirements under the law.  In addition, if a school wishes to sponsor bingo games, a manager of games must be appointed.

The attached resolution appoints the primary and alternate members for each of the respective schools desiring to have a gaming permit, as well as a manager of games for those schools wishing to hold bingo games.
