        Background Information:

        The Policy Review committee reviewed BP 5141.51 At-Risk Youth on April 5, 2021.  It was moved to the May 3, 2021 work session and returned to the committee for further discussion on June 7, 2021. On July 12, 2021 the committee reviewed the policy, on August 2, 2021 it was presented at a work session for review by the full board. It is presented here tonight for a second reading and action.
