On December 6, 2021, Mr. Nate Crabtree and Title IX Coordinator, Mr. Jeffrey Ambrosier introduced the draft Title IX Board Policy to the committee for review.  The policy numbers were changed from BP 5130 to BP 0410.1 as recommended by Mr. Caufield.  The recommended changes were made to BP 0410.1 and it was forwarded to the work session. 

AR 0410.1 Title IX and Title IX Personnel was reviewed by the Board Policy Committee on 1-10-2022.  It was referred to this work session with edits.
