The Strategic Plan Committee has met several times and developed core values and key performance indicators related to developing, recruiting, and retaining talent for the district strategic plan.  Our goals, timelines, and plan recommendations are attached.  Our next step is working with Hanover to administer our Climate and Connectiveness Survey.
