AR 6153 School-Sponsored Trips was amended to include the following category and Certificate of Insurance information:
Field Trips by Charter Bus
Contractor agrees to provide the District with a Certificate of Insurance including General Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 and Auto Liability coverage with minimum limits of $5,000,000 per occurrence and the District named as an additional insured for the time period of the field trip. Certificate must be provided prior to the field trip.
It was reviewed by the Board Policy Committee on 3-14-2022 and moved to the work session here today for review.
