      The Board is required to set the district's six year Capital Plan Priorities per AS 14.08.101.  The Priority Set by the Board directly affects scoring of all applications submitted to DEED for state aid funding consideration.  The grant program requires a 35% local match for the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District.
