As directed by E 9311 Board Policy Revision Timeline, Series 6000:Instruction was presented for committee review at the January 11, 2021 Policy Review Committee Meeting. The series 6000: Instruction review was tabled to review policies that describe the Title IX personnel and the Title IX process. Those policies were a part of the effort to bring the District into Title IX compliance.
The Policy Review Committee continued the review of Series 6000: Instruction on March 14, 2022 and the series as a whole was presented at the 11-07-2022 committee meeting.
It was presented at the 12-05-2022 work session for further discussion and input from the full board.
The 6000 series was presented for a first reading at the 12-05-2022 meeting and is presented this evening for second reading and action.
