The agenda was approved as printed.

D. Approval of Notes

The notes from the Sept. 11, 2017 meeting were approved as corrected.

E. Board Policy Review 2017-10-16

AR 3550 Student Nutrition Service Charge Policy
This AR was moved out of committee to the Nov. 6 work session.

AR 1330 Use of School Facilities and Properties

The committee continued their work on this AR discussing other fee information, swim pool rates, theater rules and theater rental fees. Mr. Jones will provide swim pool punch card rates for the next meeting.

F. Board Policy Exhibits 2017-10-16

The committee was informed that E 9130(c) Information Committee Charge, E 9130(d) Finance Committee Charge and E 9000(a) Role of Board and Members

were in the meeting's information packet.

G. Board Policy New Business 2017-10-16

These items were not addressed due to lack of time.
