Upon approval of Exhibit 9130b Charter School Oversight Committee charge, the site-based administrators who share facilities and/or staffing with charter schools have been removed from the Charter School Oversight Committee membership. As per the exhibit 9130b these administrators may be invited to participate in the Charter School Oversight Committee, as appropriate.

The Charter School Oversight Committee membership revision is presented for approval.
