Please find attached materials for your review in preparation for the Transportation Work session.
There are three attachments that combine to show the contract KPBSD between MV Transportation, Inc. doing business as Reliant. The first attachment is the General Terms and Conditions. The second attachment is Section II with the with the Special Terms and Conditions., and the third attachment is Section III actual signature portion of the contract to be signed by both parties.
The next attachment is a copy of all the Alaska Administrative Codes that pertain to student transportation.
The next attachment is a copy of all the Alaska Statutes that pertain to student transportation.
The next and final attachment is the MV and KPBSD Price Chart for fiscal years 28 to 34.
