        Background Information:

        August, 2018 marks the start of our second year working with Education Elements.  As you’ll recall, our partnership with Education Elements originated to help support our efforts in the complex and daunting task of systematically designing and implementing personalized learning throughout our school district, as envisioned in KPBSD’s strategic plan. Education Elements has been formally working at both the district and school level to develop the district framework and help schools move forward in their Personalized Learning journeys.

        This informational item is the next update to the Board of Education regarding progress on our work with Education Elements and personalization, with a focus on an overview of upcoming work.
