      Background Information:

      The board has chosen to appoint a Board Liaison to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly.  President Vadla recommends the board approve Ms. Debbie Cary as the liaison with Mrs. Vadla serving as the alternate for 2018-2019.

      The alternate is to attend the Borough Assembly meeting if the assigned member is unavailable.
