      Background Information:

      At the October 15, 2018 board meeting the board passed gaming permits - primary members in charge of gaming for FY19.  However, due to an unforeseen issue at Nikolaevsk, one of those approved members will not be able to fulfill that capacity.  We are submitting a revised gaming permit with the updated members in charge of gaming at Nikolaevsk.
