      Background Information:

      In past years, the administration has presented the upcoming preliminary budget at the early March board meeting.  Due to the delay of the state budget process, administration will not be ready to present a preliminary FY20 budget on March 4.

      Administration recommends the addition of a regular board meeting on March 21, 2019.  This meeting will be held to allow or the presentation of the FY20 preliminary budget and a public budget forum.
