Background Information: With the closure of the Soldotna Prep. School, the KPBSD administration recommends the board approve the Soldotna Prep School facility be transferred to the Kenai Peninsula Borough on June 30, 2019 through the facility surplus process.

*REVISED

This item was revised on May 31, 2019, to include Mr. Jones' letter to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly regarding the costs of moving portable buildings from the Soldotna Prep School facility.
