      Background Information:

      During the June 4, 2019, Planning Session, the board discussed the idea of holding board committee meetings on the third Monday of the month instead of on scheduled board meeting days.

      For your review, attached is a list of every third Monday for the 2019-2020 year, beginning with August 2019.  The board will hold a work session on August 5 to review this concept and determine next steps.
