      Background Information:

The board is required to set the district’s six-year capital plan priorities.  The priority set by the board directly impacts the scoring of all applications submitted to DEED for state aid funding consideration.  This grant program is the primary source of state funding for school capital projects as the bond reimbursement program remains suspended.  The grants require a 35% local match.

      *REVISED 7/1/19

The Six Year Plan is revised to correct Priority #19.  Soldotna Prep School has been removed and replaced with Redoubt Elementary School.

      7/1/19

The Six Year Plan is revised a second time to correct the numbering on the priorities (the numbers 8 and 9 were skipped) and to change the date at the bottom of the document from July 3, 2019, to July 1, 2019.

Note: As a result of the numbering correction, the Redoubt Elementary School parking lot repairs from the first revision, (previously priority #19) is now numbered priority #17.
