      Background Information:

      The KPBSD Wellness Committee invited administrators, teachers, parents and students to comment on nutrition and physical activity practices in our schools. The survey questions were modified to address revisions recently made to BP 5040 Student Nutrition and Physical Activity Policy.  Included in this information packet are the results from the 2019 administration of the KPBSD Wellness Survey.
