Background Information:
Voznesenka School: KPBSD currently leases a facility from the Voznesenka Community Council, Inc. for use as a school, in the amount of $6,897.26 per month through June 30, 2020. This amount shall be increased by two percent per year each July 1 thereafter until the lease is terminated. An additional $2,979.84 per year paid in monthly installments of $248.32 shall be paid for water. This is a five-year lease, currently expiring June 30, 2020. The lease provides KPBSD the option to renew the lease for up to two additional five-year periods with the same terms and conditions as the existing lease. This action would exercise the first option to renew and extend the lease to June 30, 2025.
